Did you take out a Mathieu Coaching membership online? Then you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days, without giving a reason. You do that here. No need to sign in. You get the full amount back, even if you have already used the app.

Good to know

·After you confirm, you immediately get an acknowledgement of receipt by email, with your statement and the date and time we received it.
·Within 14 days of your withdrawal we stop your membership and refund everything, via the same payment method. You get an email as soon as it’s done.
·Your withdrawal period runs until and including the 14th day after you became a member. An automatic renewal does not start a new withdrawal period.
·Want to stop after your withdrawal period? That’s cancelling: in the app under Settings › Membership. You then keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
